Returns Policy

We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but, there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 30 days of delivery. This applies to all our products.

 

Confirmation of Receipt

When you receive your package, please check that the package seal is complete and not damaged.  After unpacking, please check that the type, quantity, specifications and corresponding gifts of the products you purchased are in order. After passing the inspection, please sign the delivery note. Please also check the product packaging and on-site unpacking and inspection. If there are any problems with the package, or if the package is damaged,  please refuse to accept it on the spot.

 

Returns & Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.
